The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a major disaster declaration for the state of Kentucky.
FNMA DU Enhancements
FNMA implemented several enhancements to DU over the weekend of April 17, 2021. The change in this release includes message change when employer name in DU is not matched to the employer in the Income and Employment Verification Report (VOI/E), Asset validation changes, and DU validation service message change.

Good Friday Lock Desk Hours

HUD Temporary Guidance on Forbearance
Today, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is issuing this reminder regarding the pending expiration of the temporary guidance concerning endorsement processes for mortgages where a borrower was granted a forbearance related to the COVID-19 National Emergency prior to the loan being endorsed for FHA insurance.
FHA Revised Form HUD 92900-A
On December 22, 2020, with Mortgagee Letter (ML) 2020-49, FHA announced revisions to the Form HUD-92900-A HUD Addendum to Uniform Residential Loan Application and renewal of other FHA Insured Mortgage Application forms.

Today, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) announced the publication of Mortgagee Letter (ML) 2021-09, Announcement of Revised Form HUD-9991, FHA Condominium Loan Level/Single-Unit Approval Questionnaire and Revised Form HUD-9992, FHA Condominium Project Approval Questionnaire.
