FHA Product Update - DACA Borrowers

Effective immediately, Borrower(s) with a DACA designation are now eligible for FHA financing on all products.

Below are the requirements for all loans:

Copy of the borrowers Valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD) with code C33, which identifies an individual as being part of DACA.
Property must be the borrower’s principal residence.
Borrower must have a valid SSN
Meets all other FHA and LoanStream guidelines.
