Effective immediately, Borrower(s) with a DACA designation are now eligible for FHA financing on all products.
Below are the requirements for all loans:
- Copy of the borrowers Valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD) with code C33, which identifies an individual as being part of DACA.
- Property must be the borrower’s principal residence.
- Borrower must have a valid SSN
- Meets all other FHA and LoanStream guidelines.
