The Federal Housing Financing Agency (FHFA) recently updated the conforming loan amount limits for all counties in the United States.

Update COVID-19 Guidelines

We have updated our COVID guidelines as well to state Conventional loans will now require when an unaudited P&L is provided, 3 months business bank statements must be provided. We also must verify the business is open and operating within 20 business days of the note date.
FEMA Oregon Wildfire Update

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a major disaster declaration for the State of Oregon. On November 16, 2020, Amendment No.3 was issued, FEMA announced an Incident Period End of Date of November 3, 2020.
Lock Desk Closed for Thanksgiving

The Lock Desk will be closed Thursday, November 26th, 2020, and there will be no rate sheet published. On Friday, November 27th, LoanStream will be open, with the Lock Desk closing at noon. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 30th.
California Wildfires Zip Codes Impacted

Fannie Mae and NanQ Products only, the following zip codes will require a Re-Inspection if the appraisal was created on or prior to September 4,2020.
Revised COVID-19 Guidelines

LoanStream has made temporary guideline updates due to current market conditions. FHLMC have changed their guidelines to require 3 months business bank statements instead of 2 months plus now require evidence that the business is open and operating within 20 business days of the note date.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a major disaster declaration for the State of Louisiana due to Hurricane Delta. On November 6, 2020, with Amendment No. 1, FEMA granted five additional Louisiana Parishes affected by Hurricane Delta.
