On November 6, 2020, with Amendment No. 1, FEMA granted five (5) additional Louisiana Parishes affected by Hurricane Delta.

If the effective date of the appraisal was on or prior to the October 10, 2020 Incident End Date, an inspection is required in accordance with LoanStream Mortgage’s Disaster Policy prior to closing or funding of the loan.
