Disaster Declaration for the State of Hawaii

FEMA Notice Date: October 13th, 2023

On August 10, 2023, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) declared that federal disaster aid with individual assistance has been made available to counties in Hawaii to supplement state and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by Wildfires on 8/8/2023 and continuing.

On October 13, 2023, FEMA provided an Incident Period End Date of 9/30/2023, for the Hawaii county of Maui affected by wildfires and high winds from 8/8/2023 to 9/30/2023.
