LLPA Announcement

The last day to Lock with Current LLPAs is
Tuesday, March 1st (max 15-day lock)

LoanStream will release an updated rate sheet with new LLPAs for FNMA/FHLMC High Balance and Second Home loan programs Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022. The last day to lock with current LLPAs is Tuesday, March 1st, 2022.

Here are the details and important dates you need to know:

• Tuesday, March 1st, 2022:  The last day to lock under current LLPAs (Maximum Available Lock – 15 Days, no pre-locks, loans must be already approved)

• Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022: Our updated rate sheet will have new LLPAs

• Friday, March 18th, 2022:  The last day to fund loans locked prior to Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, regardless of the lock expiration date, no exceptions
