Annoucement: Government Guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA)

To our valued clients,

We hope you and your families remain safe during this time.

Due to current market conditions, we are making the following temporary changes to our government products:

Minimum FICO on FHA, VA, and USDA will be at 640
- For down payment assistance programs which have higher FICO minimums, the higher limits will apply.
- Effective immediately, no new submissions for FICOs < 640 will be accepted.
- All government with FICO scores below 640, locked on or before Tuesday, 3/31/20 must fund by Thursday, 4/30/20. No extensions will be given.

Temporary discontinuance of the 60 day lock option.
- Maximum allowable is 45 days.
Loans may only be locked once the file has been conditionally approved.
