Annoucement: Government Guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA)

To our valued clients,

We hope you and your families remain safe during this time.   

• Minimum FICO on FHA, VA, and USDA will be at 640
  • For down payment assistance programs which have higher FICO minimums, the higher limits will apply.
  • Effective immediately, no new submissions for FICOs < 640 will be accepted.
  • All government with FICO scores below 640, locked on or before Tuesday, 3/31/20 must fund by Thursday, 4/30/20. No extensions will be given.

•  Temporary discontinuance of the 60 day lock option.
  • Maximum allowable is 45 days.
• Loans may only be locked once the file has been conditionally approved.
