The California Wildfires continue to spread and add an additional county to their list. On October 18, 2020, FEMA granted individual assistance to 1 additional county, Trinity.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a major disaster declaration for the State of California due to wildfires. On October 15,2020, FEMA granted individual assistance to 2 additional counties, Lassen and Tulare.

With Amendment No. 6, issued on 9/30/2020, FEMA provided an Incident End Date of 9/26/2020 for DR-4558, for 9 affected CA counties from 8/14/2020 – 9/26/2020, with the exception of Butte County, as it’s part of the North Complex Fire and additional damage is possible.

Tax Returns and Revised Tax Transcript Policy
LoanStream has implemented a new policy where all Tax Returns are due to be filed no later than October 15, 2020. Any loan where Tax Returns are required for qualifying purposes must be cleared for docs no later than October 8th and funded no later than October 15th or evidence of filing will be required.
