Memorial Day Lock Desk Hours
Friday, May 28th the Lock Desk will close at 12pm PDT for Memorial Day weekend. (Office open normal operating hours). Monday, May 31st the Lock Desk will be closed with no rate sheet published. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, June 1st.

FNMA DU Enhancements
FNMA implemented several enhancements to DU over the weekend of April 17, 2021. The change in this release includes message change when employer name in DU is not matched to the employer in the Income and Employment Verification Report (VOI/E), Asset validation changes, and DU validation service message change.
