Disaster Declaration for the State of New Jersey ‐ Update #5

FEMA Notice Date: September 18, 2021

On September 5, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a major disaster declaration for the State of New Jersey by Hurricane Ida from September 1, 2021 to September 3, 2021.

 

On September 10, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) granted Individual Assistance to 4 additional New Jersey counties affected by the remnants of Hurricane Ida from September 1, 2021 to September 3, 2021.


On September 11, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) granted Individual Assistance to 1 additional New Jersey counties affected by the remnants of Hurricane Ida from September 1, 2021 to September 3, 2021.

 

On September 18, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) granted Individual Assistance to 1 additional New Jersey County affected by the remnants of Hurricane Ida from September 1, 2021 to September 3, 2021. 

If the subject property is in one of the designated counties above and appraisal was completed on or before FEMA Declaration Date, please refer to LSM Disaster Policy for full requirements.

 

LSM will continue to monitor the impacted areas and we may add or remove counties on the list above as necessary.
