Disaster Declaration for the State of California ‐ Update #2

FEMA Notice Date: September 18, 2021

On August 24, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a major disaster declaration for the State of California affected by wildfires from July 14, 2021, and continuing.

On September 18, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) granted Individual Assistance to 2 additional California counties affected by wildfires from July 14, 2021, and continuing.

If the subject property is in one of the designated counties above and appraisal was completed on or before FEMA Declaration Date, please refer to LSM Disaster Policy for full requirements.
