Effective immediately, on all existing and new loans, we will no longer allow a WVOE as the only form of income documentation from Veri-Tax. Any loan in the pipeline will need a pay stub dated within 10 business days of closing.
Please note that the WVOE option is only allowed based on the AUS findings.
