Here's how it works:

Restrictions:

  • Properties in all licensed states except California
  • Maximum two loans per Broker
  • Valid on eligible loans locked on or before February 28, 2023

The process to Receive Appraisal Credit:

  • Appraisal Credit request must be made by the Broker (or AE) in an e-mail to the Lock Desk during the eligibility period for this special. No exceptions.
  • Appraisal Credit is confirmed as part of the lock confirmation.
